Parenting with heart is an exciting opportunity for parents to build skills, create and experience community, and explore resilience and compassion. This journey will last for eight weeks, following the below pace:

- The acceptance: learning what as lost
- The clear view: understanding the present
- The intention: identifying values
- The plan: deciding the direction
